Welcome to the Kingdom of Middle Earth!  This is a roleplaying site based on J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.  It's not necessary to have both read the books and seen the movie to roleplay here, but one or the other should certainly help.  To navigate through the roleplay sections, click the pictures to go to the roleplay forums.  The picture on this page will take you to the main forums section.

We want you to enjoy your stay here, so please follow some very simple rules.

1. No Spamming.

2. Please submit a bio before roleplaying.  One of the Admins will get back to you ASAP with approval, or suggestions.

3. Please make your posts at least two solid paragraphs.  This gives your fellow roleplayers something more to work with than just a few sentences.  If you need help making your posts this long, please contact us, we'd be happy to help.

4.  There is a Player Character limit of three active characters.  Please email Administration if you are going to retire a PC and start a new one.

5.  There are different requirements for different kingdoms in reference to promotions.  Please see your kingdom page for time/post requirements for rank promotions.

6.  Absolutely NO character names from the books.  We live on the sufference of the person who owns the copyright.  Please don't give them any reason to come after us and try to shut us down.

7.  No Mithril blades or armour until you reach full rank in your country.  You'll have to have a referenced roleplay in which you get it, and a conversation with the Admins before its approved.
